These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by u.vc24.in (the "Service"), which includes a URL shortener, bio page creation tool, and QR code generator. The Service is operated by AKRS WORLD (the "Company").

2. Use of the Service

2.1 You may use the Service to shorten URLs, create bio pages, and generate QR codes for lawful purposes only.

2.2 You are responsible for all content you generate or upload through the Service ("Your Content"). You represent and warrant that Your Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

2.3 You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Shorten URLs that contain malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content.
  • Generate QR codes that link to malicious content.
  • Create bio pages that contain misleading or false information.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Engage in spamming or other unwanted marketing activities.

3. Shortened URLs and QR Codes

3.1 The Company does not guarantee the availability or functionality of any shortened URL or QR code.

3.2 Shortened URLs and QR codes may be disabled at any time without notice.

3.3 You are responsible for any content accessed through a shortened URL or QR code you generate.

4. Bio Pages

4.1 You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information displayed on your bio page.

4.2 The Company reserves the right to remove any bio page that violates these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 The Service and all underlying technology are the property of the Company or its licensors.

5.2 You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.

6. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.  

7. Limitation of Liability  

THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

8. Termination

The Company may terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

The Company may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
